A local organization supporting the youth with events and programs in the city of Southgate Kentucky.
The club meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday starting at 6:30. During months of Oct-May we meet at the V.F.W. in Southgate. During June-Sept, we have our summer meetings at members homes.
The Southgate Optimist club owns and maintains the playground next to Southgate Public School.
The Southgate Optimist club hosts many events throughout the year for the childern of Southgate Kentucky.
